CLASSES
Focus on coordination, speed, agility, strength and other performance benefits while having fun in a range of specialized Youth Classes

YOUTH BOXING
Learn basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense.


YOUTH HIIT
Boot camp for kids! Focus on dynamic full body movements that build coordination, athletic ability and confidence.
