WHAT WE DO

The CLASS schedule offers two challenging and invigorating classes, Boxing and HIIT.

BOXING

Get ready for an invigorating and challenging boxing work out. We coach you through 7 rounds of bag work with a CLASS UFC Gym accredited instructor that will improve your speed, power and endurance while mixing in heart-pumping conditioning exercises that leave you dripping in sweat.

HIIT

Push yourself as you rotate rapidly through multiple circuits using strength, conditioning and agility exercises to burn maximum calories. This heart-pumping metabolic conditioning class set with high energy instruction will deliver a total fitness challenge.

Don’t be intimidated, our staff and instructors are here to help you feel welcome and comfortable. Arrive early to the studio and feel free to ask any questions. Remember, CLASS is for everyone, regardless of fitness levels and we are all in this together.

FIRST CLASS

Remember to save your spot for CLASS. The popularity of our Classes means that they fill up quickly, so book early to ensure you get your favourite spot in the room.
